This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share the personal information that we gather on the subdomains and websites on curbhe.ro, Block-Party.app and OnlyL.ink or through your use of our products and services, such as on the Curb Hero mobile application (together, “Sites”). By continuing to use our Sites, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy solely applies to our information collection, use, and disclosure practices for personal information that we process for our own purposes and means.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any real estate agents or realtors to whom we may act as a processor or service provider. If you are a guest who attended an open house and want to learn more about how an agent or realtor processes your personal information, you should contact that respective agent or realtor for their privacy policy, if applicable.

What Types of Personal Information Do We Collect?
Information You Give Us. You may give us information by signing up for an online account, entering information through our online forms or surveys, contacting us through our LiveChat service, or contacting us by phone or email for information or customer service.

- To provide you with the services on our platform, which involves creating and maintaining a digital sign-in application to assist real estate realtors/agents in hosting open houses, among other marketing services provided to real estate professionals
- To facilitate communication between real estate realtors/agents, open house guests, and other real estate professionals
- To market our products and/or services to you
- To analyze Sites usage and improve the services offered
- For market research, project planning, troubleshooting problems
- To provide you with employment opportunities
- For detecting and protecting against error, fraud or other criminal activity
How Do We Share Personal Information?
To the Public, Agents, Lenders, or other Curb Hero App Users. We may share your name, professional affiliation, and personal experience with the public with your consent, such as in customer testimonials or reviews. The information you voluntarily provide to us will determine how much information is shared with the public. If you are a registered Curb Hero App user, we may share your name and contact information with agents, lenders, or other registered users. If you are an agent or lender, we may share your name and contact information with agents, lenders, or registered users. You can opt out of this sharing by customizing your privacy/visibility settings within your account settings. Otherwise, you can also opt out of future sharing of your personal information at any time by emailing us at support@curbhe.ro
Affiliates and Service Providers. We share your information with our third-party service providers and any subcontractors as required to offer you our products and services. For example, we use Intercom to service our LiveChat feature.
Third Party Links and Websites. Our Sites may contain links to and from the websites of third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any data to these websites.

How Do We Respond to ‘Do Not Track’ Signals?
