I started using that app called Curb Hero and they are doing a fantastic job at capturing open house visitors. I have to say, I’m really impressed. The app has a beautiful layout, and it’s so easy for people to sign in right from their phones, with a dynamic QR code, and you only need one for all your listings. What I love most is that it even sends a follow-up text message to visitors. Curb Hero definitely elevates the way I manage open houses, making it easier for follow ups!

Awesome app. The software allows me to modify my listings and present a clean and clear and covid friendly platform for my guests. My favorite feature is the qr code sign in option making checking in to a open house a breeze.

I actually found out about Curb Hero from a fellow agent in my brokerage. Loved it. It’s been shared at many weekly meetings and I know most people in our office use it.
I used the Dynamic QR code this past weekend on my Open House Signs and Yard sign for featured property. Good stuff.
I absolutely love Curb Hero and tell all my agent friends they should also check it out. It’s a no-brainer!
