Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings). My CRM and MLS take different upload formats – instead of struggling with column formatting every time I run an open house, my tech specialist at my Brokerage recommended Curb Hero!
I host a few open houses each month as a real estate agent and use Curb Hero for every single one. What I love most is the simplicity for guests – I always get accurate info, they never object to sign in and are often delighted at how easy it is over a paper form, and I can even set up automated text follow ups to connect immediately with guests.

I was in a bind, I forgot to print out the normal sign-in sheet and needed something ASAP. Well let us just say I won’t have to worry about printing anymore your app is great I don’t know why I hadn’t used it before

I really like your open house sign in. You have an easy to use program. I am studying up on what is trending in the open house industry. They are saying less than 30 seconds to sign in. Your site does that !!
