Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings). My CRM and MLS take different upload formats – instead of struggling with column formatting every time I run an open house, my tech specialist at my Brokerage recommended Curb Hero!
We love the Curb Hero app. We were looking for an app that doesnāt have a
monthly fee because we donāt do a lot of open houses these days. We like
the immediate text message to the guest. I really like getting the text
that allows to send notes from my phone to the app on the iPad.
I am transitioning from KvCore to FollowUpBoss (FUB) which intergrates
perfectly with Curb Hero! In addition you are able to modify the questions
and the switch feature is excellent. Iāll use curb hero for the first time
tomorrow! Currently I am paying for KvCore which is very expensive to have
the open house app that integrates directly into your CRM.
I’m technologically averse. I’ve found both the navigation and support on
this app to be very user friendly for the novice.
Just set it up today, worked great.
I printed the QR code out and it worked great at the door! It made the open house look very much in demand.
Great app! š I was looking for something a little more professional than just a piece of paper for my open houses (and did not want to show everyone’s personal information). I searched the App Store and came across Curb Hero. It was perfect for what I was looking for!
I absolutely love Curb Hero. It has made my open houses extra special since Iāve started using this. Sign in is easy and seamless for my customers attending the open house and I often find that the information is all correct. Thank you, Curb Hero for creating A realtors best friend.

I signed up to get a touchless sign in for my open houses as well as an easier way to keep track of leads. I love the automatic texts and the fact that I can read the names and numbers!
This is GREAT! This app really makes it user friendly and welcoming for my open house visitors to sign in. It’s quick and easy and you can customize each open house to have unique photos or questions. Love it!
The main reason for trying something new is to ensure better follow-up. Sign in sheets are often hard to read and when you have a busy open, you often don’t always capture all the lead information.
I like the professionalism of having a sign in
electronically. The best feature by far is using it with my CRM via zapier, it saves me time. I also enjoy the fact that it shows pictures of the property and has additional information.
