Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings). My CRM and MLS take different upload formats – instead of struggling with column formatting every time I run an open house, my tech specialist at my Brokerage recommended Curb Hero!
I started using that app called Curb Hero and they are doing a fantastic job at capturing open house visitors. I have to say, I’m really impressed. The app has a beautiful layout, and it’s so easy for people to sign in right from their phones, with a dynamic QR code, and you only need one for all your listings. What I love most is that it even sends a follow-up text message to visitors. Curb Hero definitely elevates the way I manage open houses, making it easier for follow ups!
I signed up for a couple reasons. First, I’m always looking to stay on the cutting edge of new trends and technology. Second, having people sign in at an Open House is great, but if you don’t have the time to sit down and enter their info into your CRM then the information loses its value.
I was looking for an app to help with open houses and this one popped up. I decided to download it and thats when I found out I could do so much more with it. I absolutely love this app and will be telling others about it.
