Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings). I think 🤔 you are on to something- I’ve been in res real estate for 20 years and I think this could be a great tool for opens. With auto-fill people seem more willing to share accurate information – it’s a must. I think they like doing it on their phone especially when you tell them they will get a text with the house Info.
I absolutely love your app. I have a great story from my open house and I was more than impressed with it and it saved my ass to be honest.
It’s a great product. I’m having all our agents join. Our team is growing so I just make it part of their onboarding process.

I tell everyone I know about curb hero! It’s free for agents and can connect to your CRM via zapier. It can also connect your clients with your chosen loan officer which can be different on each property andddd auto texts follow ups to OH attendees. I loveeee it!
