I have been searching for an app like this for years. It’s easy to use and I love the I can customize the questions for my open house. Looks very professional and beats using a sign in sheet. The clients also thought it was pretty slick that they get a text with the listing right after they sign in.
We have a business development program for new agents and we talk about your app all the time and have brought it up multiple times in our weekly meetings. It’s such a great app and we’re proud to support it!
I started using that app called Curb Hero and they are doing a fantastic job at capturing open house visitors. I have to say, I’m really impressed. The app has a beautiful layout, and it’s so easy for people to sign in right from their phones, with a dynamic QR code, and you only need one for all your listings. What I love most is that it even sends a follow-up text message to visitors. Curb Hero definitely elevates the way I manage open houses, making it easier for follow ups!

Absolutely love this app! Very user friendly and best of all it is free with added bonuses you don’t need to pay for. Adds so much value to my business I cannot believe I don’t have to pay for it.
I signed up for a couple reasons. First, I’m always looking to stay on the cutting edge of new trends and technology. Second, having people sign in at an Open House is great, but if you don’t have the time to sit down and enter their info into your CRM then the information loses its value.
Loved using the offline app. KVCORE has it’s own enrichment but it’s not as good as yours.

The idea of using tech MORE for open houses makes so much sense because I can not read peoples handwriting 80% of the time… this way will make it a million times easier.
I was looking for an app to help with open houses and this one popped up. I decided to download it and thats when I found out I could do so much more with it. I absolutely love this app and will be telling others about it.

I was actually touring some clients through a property during an open house and the agent holding the property open was using Curb hero on an Ipad and I thought it looked very professional.
This app is one that I would highly recommend to any new and seasoned real estate professional. It is extremely user friendly. The app’s support is second-to-none. I plan to use this app for all open houses in the future.
