This is completely free. There’s no paid option. It’s just free. It pulled my brokers data automatically which is really cool. There’s a QR code. Someone could actually scan to sign in touchless. It’s the first of it’s kind of that regard.

I’ve been using CurbHero during my open houses, and I love it! I bring my iPad or print out the QR code, and I’ve never had any issues with having people sign in. It’s also great because you can customize your questions, and the information is automatically tracked and sent to your phone.

The main reason for trying something new is to ensure better follow-up. Sign in sheets are often hard to read and when you have a busy open, you often don’t always capture all the lead information.
I like the professionalism of having a sign in
electronically. The best feature by far is using it with my CRM via zapier, it saves me time. I also enjoy the fact that it shows pictures of the property and has additional information.
