If you’re looking for a good open house sign in all that will present professionally, but not require a tech degree or a week of training to learn to use, this is the one I’ve tried a few but Curb Hero strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity.
I signed up for the app to generate leads and contacts from the open houses I hold. I had no idea when I downloaded the app that the Keller Williams logos were going to show up…super awesome feature!

I signed up because it seems like it will be very a beneficial tool for my open houses. I usually never have a problem collecting contact info, but to have everything about the house on the buyers phone right away is amazing.

Curb Hero was easy to set up and allows for a very professional look. It allows you to customize the branding and is set up for most of the major brokerages nationwide already. It allows me to create a QR code for touchless sign in. It also has this feature where you can create a microsite and the site will highlight your specific listing. And then you can share that through email and social media. And also I was able to easily export the list of attendees.
I forgot my sheets for my open house and downloaded this app quickly to save paper. So far so good. Thank you!!
The app is working great! My favorite feature is the offline
mode.

I’m very excited to check what Curb Hero has to offer. My main reason for looking for a digital medium for open houses was to use something where I could read the handwriting of everyone who signed in. I have great conversations with people, but it does no good if I can’t reach out afterwards.

I have been trying to get the most out of my open houses, leads follow ups and your app looks very user friendly which is good for me! I can hopefully catch more buyer leads and really follow up with people with it. Plus no more sign in sheet! The QR code should be really cool.
