With auto-fill people seem more willing to share accurate information – it’s a must. I think they like doing it on their phone especially when you tell them they will get a text with the house Info.

I had no problem getting folks to register for my Open House with real information. I told folks that when they signed in they would be texted all the information on the home. They signed in right away – with smiles
