My team and I do quite a bit of open houses and we use Curb Hero. If you are a Real Scout user and you connect with Curb Hero to help sync, when someone signs in it syncs to FUB and automatically creates a listing alert based on the address of the open house in Real Scout, which is awesome. I talk about Curb Hero with all the agents I know that do open houses!
I heard about Curb Hero from another agent and used it for the very first time on Sunday for an Open House and I love it. I will definitely refer it to other agents. What an awesome platform for agents to use.

I showed Curb Hero to my team in our weekly meeting and they love it. My team leader likes the reporting functionality and the way I can email him the leads from customized questions.

Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings). My CRM and MLS take different upload formats – instead of struggling with column formatting every time I run an open house, my tech specialist at my Brokerage recommended Curb Hero!

I wanted an open house app to lead capture at open houses and vendor events. Trying to read people’s handwriting cost me some leads. So far works great. I like the notifications and love you can add notes via text. Great feature.
