My team and I do quite a bit of open houses and we use Curb Hero. If you are a Real Scout user and you connect with Curb Hero to help sync, when someone signs in it syncs to FUB and automatically creates a listing alert based on the address of the open house in Real Scout, which is awesome. I talk about Curb Hero with all the agents I know that do open houses!
I am loving it so far. I really LOVE the QR code. I am loving it so far. Touch less registering is very well received theses days! Everyone signs in!
Love this app! Buyers have commented how much more comfortable they feel signing in with their phones and not feeling forced to write down physical information on a sign-in sheet. I also love that buyers can type in their exact information so I don’t miss info in case their writing isn’t the easiest to read.
If you’re looking for a good open house sign in all that will present professionally, but not require a tech degree or a week of training to learn to use, this is the one I’ve tried a few but Curb Hero strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity.

We love the Curb Hero app. We were looking for an app that doesn’t have a
monthly fee because we don’t do a lot of open houses these days. We like
the immediate text message to the guest. I really like getting the text
that allows to send notes from my phone to the app on the iPad.
I am transitioning from KvCore to FollowUpBoss (FUB) which intergrates
perfectly with Curb Hero! In addition you are able to modify the questions
and the switch feature is excellent. I’ll use curb hero for the first time
tomorrow! Currently I am paying for KvCore which is very expensive to have
the open house app that integrates directly into your CRM.
I’m technologically averse. I’ve found both the navigation and support on
this app to be very user friendly for the novice.
Just set it up today, worked great.

Great app! 😊 I was looking for something a little more professional than just a piece of paper for my open houses (and did not want to show everyone’s personal information). I searched the App Store and came across Curb Hero. It was perfect for what I was looking for!
I absolutely love Curb Hero. It has made my open houses extra special since I’ve started using this. Sign in is easy and seamless for my customers attending the open house and I often find that the information is all correct. Thank you, Curb Hero for creating A realtors best friend.
