My team and I do quite a bit of open houses and we use Curb Hero. If you are a Real Scout user and you connect with Curb Hero to help sync, when someone signs in it syncs to FUB and automatically creates a listing alert based on the address of the open house in Real Scout, which is awesome. I talk about Curb Hero with all the agents I know that do open houses!

This is GREAT! This app really makes it user friendly and welcoming for my open house visitors to sign in. It’s quick and easy and you can customize each open house to have unique photos or questions. Love it!
The main reason for trying something new is to ensure better follow-up. Sign in sheets are often hard to read and when you have a busy open, you often don’t always capture all the lead information.
I like the professionalism of having a sign in
electronically. The best feature by far is using it with my CRM via zapier, it saves me time. I also enjoy the fact that it shows pictures of the property and has additional information.

This app is super easy to figure out, manage and perfect. Extremely helpful by sending out the automatic texts right after a potential client left your open house. So many awesome features you can use. Easy to transfer details to your crm afterwards. A must have!

I signed up with Curb Hero because I wanted to elevate my open houses. The whole paper and pen sign in sheet doesn’t seem to work well with prospects who walk through the home, and if they do fill it out, their hand writing is usually illegible.
I went online to research what was the best open house sign in app that you could use on an iPad and curb hero had great reviews. I think Curb Hero would be a great tool for all.
Just wanted to say I joined MOSTLY because of all the things that Curb Hero can do on top of just signing in open house prospects. Us real estate agents love streamlining any tech to make things easier.
I am still exploring Curb Hero but I have to tell you I am enjoying it so far.
