My team and I do quite a bit of open houses and we use Curb Hero. If you are a Real Scout user and you connect with Curb Hero to help sync, when someone signs in it syncs to FUB and automatically creates a listing alert based on the address of the open house in Real Scout, which is awesome. I talk about Curb Hero with all the agents I know that do open houses!

I actually found out about Curb Hero from a fellow agent in my brokerage. Loved it. It’s been shared at many weekly meetings and I know most people in our office use it.
I used the Dynamic QR code this past weekend on my Open House Signs and Yard sign for featured property. Good stuff.
I absolutely love Curb Hero and tell all my agent friends they should also check it out. It’s a no-brainer!
After 10 years in the business, I struggle asking for contact info at open houses. I used the app yesterday for the first time and I successfully got 95% of the visitors’ info.

I signed up for the app to generate leads and contacts from the open houses I hold. I had no idea when I downloaded the app that the Keller Williams logos were going to show up…super awesome feature!

I signed up because it seems like it will be very a beneficial tool for my open houses. I usually never have a problem collecting contact info, but to have everything about the house on the buyers phone right away is amazing.

Curb Hero was easy to set up and allows for a very professional look. It allows you to customize the branding and is set up for most of the major brokerages nationwide already. It allows me to create a QR code for touchless sign in. It also has this feature where you can create a microsite and the site will highlight your specific listing. And then you can share that through email and social media. And also I was able to easily export the list of attendees.
