If you are a Real Scout user and you connect with Curb Hero to help sync, when someone signs in it syncs to FUB and automatically creates a listing alert based on the address of the open house in Real Scout, which is awesome. I talk about Curb Hero with all the agents I know that do open houses!

I was looking for tips to host an open house. I found Curb Hero from another agent’s video. The APP sounds amazing! I’m not a techie though but seems easy to use and extremely helpful and convenient.
This is completely free. There’s no paid option. It’s just free. It pulled my brokers data automatically which is really cool. There’s a QR code. Someone could actually scan to sign in touchless. It’s the first of it’s kind of that regard.
I signed up because I held an open house, and no one wanted to stop to take the time to sign in. I found your site generated a QR code and people seemed more incline to scan and sign in.

I have been searching for an app like this for years. It’s easy to use and I love the I can customize the questions for my open house. Looks very professional and beats using a sign in sheet. The clients also thought it was pretty slick that they get a text with the listing right after they sign in.

I’ve been in Real Estate going into my 7th year and struggled finding a system that would help me stay in touch with leads from the open house.
