My team and I do quite a bit of open houses and we use Curb Hero. If you are a Real Scout user and you connect with Curb Hero to help sync, when someone signs in it syncs to FUB and automatically creates a listing alert based on the address of the open house in Real Scout, which is awesome. I talk about Curb Hero with all the agents I know that do open houses!
Gone are the days of trying to decipher phone numbers and other information written in chicken-scratch on sign in sheets. And it texts the listing directly to the guest! Very straightforward and easy to use, I highly recommend

Curb Hero has some nice functionality like QR codes if people want to use their phones to sign in vs your phone or iPad. overall I get most people’s name, phone and email. free and easy to use.
