My team and I do quite a bit of open houses and we use Curb Hero. If you are a Real Scout user and you connect with Curb Hero to help sync, when someone signs in it syncs to FUB and automatically creates a listing alert based on the address of the open house in Real Scout, which is awesome. I talk about Curb Hero with all the agents I know that do open houses!
I used Curb Hero for the first time yesterday and we had 75 people come through our open house. It worked like a charm. Very little learning curve. Love the analytical email this morning sorting all the leads. So helpful!
Realtor friends you need this app it is VERY cool and it’s free for agents! It has great resources for marketing listings and to spruce up open houses and it’s super easy to connect to my CRM. Loving this app!
Definitely the coolest app I have found. Excited to continue to use it for every open house. I have always used a paper and pen sign in sheet and very rarely would anyone walk over and sign in. Today was my first open house using the QR code sign in through your app. People enjoy scanning it and have no issue signing in. This is killer – so happy I found this.
Spacio did not make our open house guests fill name or phone number and they could hit complete without filling any info. If I am going to spend 2+ hours at an open house, I need to get more buyer information than that. I am hoping to get much better results with your app.

Signed up for the touchless open house sign-in sheet and automated follow up. Love that idea , look forward ward to being able to use it on my next listing.

I encountered Curb Hero by Google-ing for a digital sign-in and absolutely LOVE your product. Such a game change for us! And we don’t even want to share this product with other agents lol. I think this is a great service!
Curb Hero is an amazing tool for Realtors. I would highly suggest looking into it. Curb Hero does wonderful sign-in options for Open Houses. It uses technology to make things easy for sign-in and keeping track of guests.

In my opinion, this is a Realtor’s best friend when it comes to Open Houses! Not to mention the potential of reaching a larger audience. All while helping you to gather more leads.
Must have for Realtors for open house and listing. This app is so easy to use and make the listing so easy to market and keep track of everyone with follow up for open house. I love the interface for potential clients to sign in at open house. Looks so professionally done with a few clicks and llove how I can use a different language too for the listing for a particular neighborhood as well. Well done app!

Savvy Tip For my Realtors: If you’re hosting open house’s curbhero is phenomenal for tracking your clients and their needs! You can add comments for each person. Send them a thank you note from the app!
And it’s all FREE!
I always try and plug you guys when chatting with other agents/lenders. I’m kinda surprised that more agents don’t know about it.
