I am glad I found curb hero- it was a right fit for my open house! Interface is slick and workflow is very simple and usable- I am in shock this is free for realtors. I can just see how this will scale up to brokerages and home builders as well. Fantastic workflow tool.

I’ve been using CurbHero during my open houses, and I love it! I bring my iPad or print out the QR code, and I’ve never had any issues with having people sign in. It’s also great because you can customize your questions, and the information is automatically tracked and sent to your phone.

This is GREAT! This app really makes it user friendly and welcoming for my open house visitors to sign in. It’s quick and easy and you can customize each open house to have unique photos or questions. Love it!
The main reason for trying something new is to ensure better follow-up. Sign in sheets are often hard to read and when you have a busy open, you often don’t always capture all the lead information.
I like the professionalism of having a sign in
electronically. The best feature by far is using it with my CRM via zapier, it saves me time. I also enjoy the fact that it shows pictures of the property and has additional information.
