I have been researching open houses sign in apps for a little while. have trialed a few others that were just ok. I think have finally found the most perfect app with curb hero. It’s customization is incredibly useful and gives agents a way to use it hope they wish. I love that you can text information on the property right to people as they sign in. The fact I was able to pair my own lender and CRM to the app in order to increase lead count is amazing!

I signed up because I wanted to up my game, as far as checking into open house online instead of the using a signup sheet.
If you are a real estate agent you need this app. Period. It will seriously help and convert your open house leads. This app has had a serious impact on my business

I like the idea of not having to deal with bad writing on a sign-in sheet, and the ability to feed everything directly into my CRM (FollowUp Boss). It’s a cool app!

Gone are the days of trying to decipher phone numbers and other information written in chicken-scratch on sign in sheets. And it texts the listing directly to the guest! Very straightforward and easy to use, I highly recommend
