I signed up for a couple reasons. First, I’m always looking to stay on the cutting edge of new trends and technology. Second, having people sign in at an Open House is great, but if you don’t have the time to sit down and enter their info into your CRM then the information loses its value.
Everyone who isn’t an agent or wasn’t pre-registered must scan my QR code (Curb Hero) to register before entering. I tell them the owners want to know who came into their house. There are several pre qualifying questions. All leads are contacted and become part of our CRM nurturing system
I had no problem getting folks to register for my Open House with real information. I told folks that when they signed in they would be texted all the information on the home. They signed in right away – with smiles
Great customer service with a very useful app. What more can you ask for? Used it this weekend and it worked great. My hotspot dropped in a dead zone but the app still collected and saved the data. Didn’t crash once. Clients liked it as well
I used Curb Hero app for my open house last weekend and it worked beautifully…I was able to paste the Curb Hero microsite QR code to my home’s listing summary and it worked very well to allow my visitors to register so that I could easily capture their name, email address, and phone number. Thank you very much for allowing me to use the free app.
I have had great experience with the app and help with customer service when I had any questions their response time as very quick and I highly recommend to anyone doing open houses
Awesome free app that is perfect so far! Going digital means less printing, which saves trees (I’m all for that!). Today the developers actually called me to see how I like the app and asked for personal feedback. This customer-centric team are going to do good things
