I heard about Curb Hero from another agent and used it for the very first time on Sunday for an Open House and I love it. I will definitely refer it to other agents. What an awesome platform for agents to use.

I’ll share why I’ve signed up with Curb Hero: I have a new listing coming up in a couple of weeks that deserves a little extra attention so I’m going to need to host a killer Open House to attract the right clientele. There that’s my reason for joining Curb Hero!

I signed up because I feel keeping a handwritten roster of open house guests is antiquated. Offering an option that is simple and a more current technology will increase the likelihood of guests registering.
It’s the go-to for QR codes and open house.
I showed Curb Hero to my team in our weekly meeting and they love it. My team leader likes the reporting functionality and the way I can email him the leads from customized questions.
Best out there. I loved how easy it is to connect this to my crm and add notes as I go at a open house. Highly recommend.

Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings).
