I’m very excited to check what Curb Hero has to offer. My main reason for looking for a digital medium for open houses was to use something where I could read the handwriting of everyone who signed in. I have great conversations with people, but it does no good if I can’t reach out afterwards.
Looking for a quality no cost open house app
I signed up because Curb Hero is by far the most interactive, customizable Open House App in the market right now. It looks so sleek, professional, and not tacky. I also love the listing website feature and text message feature.

I was looking for tips to host an open house. I found Curb Hero from another agent’s video. The APP sounds amazing! I’m not a techie though but seems easy to use and extremely helpful and convenient.
This is completely free. There’s no paid option. It’s just free. It pulled my brokers data automatically which is really cool. There’s a QR code. Someone could actually scan to sign in touchless. It’s the first of it’s kind of that regard.
I signed up because I held an open house, and no one wanted to stop to take the time to sign in. I found your site generated a QR code and people seemed more incline to scan and sign in.

I have been searching for an app like this for years. It’s easy to use and I love the I can customize the questions for my open house. Looks very professional and beats using a sign in sheet. The clients also thought it was pretty slick that they get a text with the listing right after they sign in.

I’ve been in Real Estate going into my 7th year and struggled finding a system that would help me stay in touch with leads from the open house. Not to mention not being able to read the penmanship and having to take the time to put the contact info into my CRM. Curb Hero has performed above any expectation that I had!
