I love this app called curb hero! I put a sign on the front door with the QR code and have everyone sign in. I ask every person to put their agents full name if they have one. They immediately receive a text message after signing in and so do you, so you know if they didn’t fill it out. Your text message gives you their name and a link to add notes about them quick and conveniently. This app is free to agents!

I’ve been using CurbHero during my open houses, and I love it! I bring my iPad or print out the QR code, and I’ve never had any issues with having people sign in. It’s also great because you can customize your questions, and the information is automatically tracked and sent to your phone.

This is GREAT! This app really makes it user friendly and welcoming for my open house visitors to sign in. It’s quick and easy and you can customize each open house to have unique photos or questions. Love it!
The main reason for trying something new is to ensure better follow-up. Sign in sheets are often hard to read and when you have a busy open, you often don’t always capture all the lead information.
I like the professionalism of having a sign in
electronically. The best feature by far is using it with my CRM via zapier, it saves me time. I also enjoy the fact that it shows pictures of the property and has additional information.
